Little Red Riding Hood by Paul Mesner Puppets

We had a fun time at Thursday’s performance of “Little Red Riding Hood” by Paul Mesner Puppets at the Glenwood Theatre. They started the show with a cute featurette about a very determined cat that both involved the audience with singing and snapping fingers, but also had a funny twist at the end. The show itself was the same humorous, high quality puppet show that you expect from Paul Mesner Puppets. Little Red’s closing on her letters to Grandma (“Gotta go, bye!”) was humorously true to how kids usually write. We especially loved that Little Red used her own skills to get the Big Bad Wolf out of Grandma’s house – it was a nice twist over the more traditional versions. As always, a wonderful performance and a fun time at Paul Mesner Puppets!
