Light Painting at Nelson-Atkins

The kids had an awesome workshop at Nelson-Atkins yesterday!  They turned an LED light, a coin-shaped battery, tape, cardboard and decorative paper into wearable circuitry fashion.  Then, they turned that fashion into amazing light art!

They started with a collection of materials:

And made wrist cuffs:

Which became wearable circuitry:

Then the instructors turned off the lights, brought out the iPads, and here is all beautiful light art they made!
