Come explore life on the trails at Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop & Farm!
Mahaffie Stagecoach Stop and Farm offers a unique hands on experience for visitors of all ages focusing on 1860s farming, frontier life and stagecoach travel while preserving the nationally significant Mahaffie Story. Mahaffie is the last remaining stagecoach stop open to the public on the Santa Fe Trail.
Cost is $5/student, accompanying adults are free. Participants will explore various hands-on activities related to life on the trails, crafts, and enjoy a stagecoach ride!
Please register by June 15 to attend with the JoCoHomeschool group. When registering, please identify the number of paying school age children, adults, and non-school age children so we have an accurate headcount for Mahaffie. **Each family will pay admission at the front desk.**
Parking is limited close to the Heritage Center. After parking in the lot of the Heritage Center, head in to check in with Carrie from JoCoHomeschool and pick up your map.
