October 2015 Lego Club Creations

For October Lego Club, the kids explored ideas of pumpkins, popocorn, Halloween, National Taco Day, and Mad Hatter Day. Spinning off from “Alice in Wonderland”, the kids were asked to explore scale by building items both large and small, using bricks divided by size. The older kids worked on building catapults and other simple machines from the project kits, and of course, we had some fun free building time.
