Scribble Bots at Nelson-Atkins Museum

On Wednesday we went to the Nelson-Atkins Museum for a workshop that melded science and art – Scribble Bots! The kids started by touring the museum and talking about color, movement and lines and how different pieces of art were made. Then the kids were back in the classroom to learn how to make the scribble bots from a circuits and simple items like cups, markers and tape. They then built their own scribble bots, with all kinds of amazing results.

Thank you to the museum for the great workshop, and many thanks to the kids for a fun morning!
