This week we visited Mesner Puppets for a show, Snowy Day, based on the books by Ezra Jack Keats. A long-time local favorite, Mesner Puppets put on a great show featuring the Peter character from the books, his dog, Willie, and Peter’s best friend as they had all kinds of adventures around their neighborhood. The kids had a great time, and they enjoyed the Q&A afterwards showing how the puppets were created and how the puppeteers bring them to life. Some of our kids stayed afterwards for the puppet-making workshop, which was also lots of fun.
