On the 5th we drove down to Louisburg Cider Mill. Our tour started at the cider mill, where we watched how cider was made from fresh apples. We had fun sampling cider doughnuts and their cider before entering the gift shop for a closer look at how the cider doughnuts are made. We followed that with a hayride to the pumpkin patch to select pumpkins to take home, and ended our tour with a picnic lunch and play time at the outdoor play area and corn maze. We had a great time celebrating the start of fall!
